This lovely new country house, built in traditional Portuguese style, blends perfectly with the beautifully wooded Monchique mountains. An exceptionally secluded and very quiet location ideal for lovers of nature owls, woodpeckers, nightingales; lovely trees mimosas, eucalyptus, pines and lots of wild flowers in the Spring. The area abounds with restaurants and craft shops and Omega Park (a sanctuary for endangered species) is nearby. It is only a 30 minute car drive to the nearest beaches, golf and tourist amenities. From the house there are spectacular views down a long valley to the sea in the distance.
A 10 x 5m swimming pool is very sheltered and set in pretty gardens with a lawn and many flowering shrubs. BBQ dining area.
The house is spacious and very comfortably furnished throughout. Entrance hall and cloakroom. Open-plan sitting/dining room with log burning stove and patio doors to terrace. Radio/CD player and lots of CDs.
Master bedroom with King Size bed, patio doors to terrace and large en suite bathroom double vanity unit, bath and separate shower. At the opposite end of the house is a family suite:- bedroom with large double bed and patio doors to terrace; smaller childrens twin (which could accommodate 1 adult); shower room.
Modern all electric kitchen hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and separate utility room with washing machine.
All windows and doors have mosquito screens.
Prices displayed are for 4 people. The 3rd bedroom can be made available at a supplementary charge of 200/£160 per week.
