Jardim das Caliηas is a small villa development on the hillside above the sweeping beach of Meia Praia. The centre of Lagos is about 25 minutes walk and offers a wide range of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the Marina. The lovely Palmares Golf Club is very close by and tennis, water sports and riding are all available within a short drive.
This lovely villa is all on one level, making it very suitable for the disabled or children and is completely walled and hedged for privacy. There is a large pear-shaped swimming pool approximately 11 x 6m (approx. 4m of shallow area) which can be heated at a supplementary charge. Attractive garden with fruit trees, flowering shrubs, lawn & terracing for al fresco dining.
Entrance hall. Very large kitchen with fully fitted pine units and marble work surfaces. Breakfast area. Lovely spacious lounge with patio doors to the pool terrace. An archway leads to the dining area which also has patio doors to the pool terrace.
Large twin bedded room with built in wardrobes, marble dressing table, patio doors to pool terrace and full bathroom en suite. Two further twin bedded rooms, very prettily furnished, one with patio doors to pool terrace. Family bathroom. Very large and attractive master bedroom with large double bed and patio doors to pool terrace; dressing area with built-in wardrobes and very large en suite bathroom with double basin vanity unit, bath and separate shower. Both the bedroom and bathroom have doors onto a completely private inner courtyard with flower boxes. Extra person - 150/£120 per week.
