The Funchal Ridge is one of the most peaceful and select residential areas just 4 kms from Lagos and Praia da Luz. Both resorts have lovely sandy beaches, good shopping facilities, many restaurants, bars and discos. Water sports are available in Praia da Luz; in nearby Burgau there is a Sports Centre; and there are several golf courses in the area.
This villa has great views of the Monchique mountains, is very secluded and quiet and has recently been dramatically extended and modernised. The superb 10 x 5 m swimming pool is surrounded by terracing and completely walled to provide shelter and security. It can be heated at a supplementary charge and has the benefit of fencing. To the south side there is also a covered terrace overlooking a lovely lawn and garden area.
