There is a separate baby pool set in a pretty garden with mature palm and fir trees providing shade, lawns and flowering shrubs. BBQ. Entrance hall with cloakroom and shower. Very spacious and comfortably furnished living/dining room with DVD/CD Player, Sat TV/VCR and gas fire. Patio doors to pool terrace. Smaller sitting room with sofa bed which could be made available at a supplementary charge. Telephone-Broadband/WiFi. Large modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. One twin bedded room with en suite bathroom is also on the ground floor.
The Master double bedded room with patio doors to balcony and en suite bathroom is upstairs together with another twin en suite, also with access to balcony. All bedrooms and sitting rooms have air conditioning/heating units, and all patio doors have mosquito nets. Safe. Car not essential but parking space available. Extra person - €150 per week. Breakages Deposit - €350

Pool Heating €180 per week.
