STEP 2

We will place a 7-day option on
the villa.

STEP 4
|
Send us the deposit of 25% of
the villa cost immediately or full payment if the booking is made within
8 weeks of arrival.

(Cheques may be issued in Sterling, US$ or similar but must be to the equivalent
EURO value.

STEP 5

After receipt of your booking form
and deposit, a Confirmation/Invoice will be sent to you.

STEP 6
|
Balance payment is due 8 weeks before
arrival.
Reminders will not be sent.
After your balance has been received all final documentation will be sent
to you.
